Payroll Coordinator

Full time, in office position in Rutherford, New Jersey (parking available onsite)

Responsibilities:

Work directly with Accounting & the Payroll Manager to generate a high volume of payroll reports for agencies
Process payroll for 150+ employees
Assist with union reporting
Collection, processing, & distribution of weekly union data
Interact with employees regarding payroll inquiries

Qualifications:

1+ years relevant bookkeeping/payroll experience preferred
Union payroll experience is a plus!
Meticulous attention to detail
Proven professional communication skills
Eager to join & learn from a strong team!
